1. Initial Discussion
24/7 Support
We provide you with a partnership overview and we work together to understand your goals and values. You are provided with the opportunity to ask questions and seek clarity regarding the future of your business.
2. Financial Discussions
Assuming we are both happy to move forward, we perform a brief financial review of your business and present a partnership offer to you.
Included in the offer is a preliminary forecast of the future potential of your (our) business.
3. Getting into the detail
Once you accept the initial offer we enter into a formal due diligence period. The period includes us checking our initial understanding of your business and working collaboratively with you to ensure a clear transition plan and the future business plan for our partnership.
4. Our partnership begins
Once due diligence is completed we move to settlement. Our role from hereon in is to execute our partnership business plan and for us both to enjoy shared success!
How we work.
In our partnership model we oversee all things administration whilst you maintain clinical autonomy and leadership.
