Assuming we are both happy to move forward, we perform a brief financial review of your business and present a partnership offer to you. 

Included in the offer is a preliminary forecast of the future potential of your (our) business.

Getting into the detail

Once you accept the initial offer we enter into a formal due diligence period. The period includes us checking our initial understanding of your business and working collaboratively with you to ensure a clear transition plan and the future business plan for our partnership.
