The Cosmetic Dental Co. brings together my passion for growing people and businesses with my intricate knowledge of the business side of dentistry. Backed by a diverse group of advisors and family offices, the company is well structured to deliver large scale growth to our dental partners. 

My customer and patient centred career spans 20 years in both the UK and Australia where I have held multiple operational and analytical roles covering general management, operations management, sales and marketing, executive leadership and Directorships.  

Since 2018 I have led and consulted to single site, multi-site and larger national Australian dental groups, embarking on successful growth journeys together.  

As a leader in dentistry, my focus lies in operational excellence and delivering exceptional patient experiences.

My long-term goal for The Cosmetic Dental Co. is to build a national group of cosmetic dental practices in partnership with Principal Dentists and Co-Owners. Enjoying the journey and the experiences that this creates will be the daily focus, which in turn will delivers successful outcomes for all involved.

I am on a mission to partner with good people who share common values of integrity, loyalty and excellence and who have the drive to execute our growth plan in the next chapter of their dental careers.
